The June Daring Bakers' challenge was hosted by Jasmine of Confessions of a Cardamom Addict and Annemarie of Ambrosia and Nectar. They chose a Traditional (UK) Bakewell Tart... er... pudding that was inspired by a rich baking history dating back to the 1800's in England.
I would post pictures, but I'm too lazy today. Also, I'm feeling a bit to lazy to post the recipe. It was long, complex and just thinking about it tires me out. But it was a lot of fun to eat!
Maybe I'll try it again a little later this month.
